Commercial Casting

Commercial casting for producers, production companies, brands and agencies, shooting anywhere in the USA.

A commercial gives you days instead of weeks, and I like working at that speed. Before anything goes out, I get on a call to talk through the spot: who's hiring me, what the brand needs, what the tone should feel like on screen. That's usually a producer, a production company, or the brand itself, alongside the agency or director when there is one.

Audiences can tell in about two seconds whether a person on screen feels real. That read either sells the product or burns the fifteen seconds you paid for. A spot going for something modern and understated needs a different presence than one going big and stylized, and getting that tone right is most of the job.

Sometimes a brand knows exactly who they want on screen. Sometimes they know the feeling they're after and need help finding the face that matches it. Either way, I bring in options until something clicks as the real answer.

The breakdown goes out to agents and managers through Breakdown Services and Actors Access, plus a casting call on social media and direct outreach to talent representatives when the timeline allows. A role can pull in over a thousand actors submitting headshots, resumes, and reels for consideration. From that pool, I pick who gets asked to self-tape, and I watch every tape that comes back. The strongest go into selects, a curated playlist for each role, so you're choosing from real options instead of a raw pile.

From there, you can cast straight off tape or move to callbacks, live or virtual, including chemistry or product reads when the role calls for it. The goal on every job is simple: land the cast on budget and on time.

Once someone's right, I handle the offer, availability, and booking directly. If a recast comes up last minute, we move fast enough that the shoot date holds.

Send over the concept and your shoot dates, and we'll build the timeline together.
