Every student project starts with a concept call with the director, writer, and producers about who these characters are and what the film needs. Character breakdowns get built together with insights and edits from the entire creative team and customized by casting.

Roles go out to agents and managers through Breakdown Services and Actors Access, targeted to the hubs where your cast is likely to come from and the specific location you're shooting.

We also release a custom casting call on social media and do targeted outreach to talent representatives when needed, so the project stays on their radar.

For Chaos Casting projects of any size, the average role gets 800 to 1200 submissions. We go through all of them, yes, all, and narrow that down to a curated list of strong options worth your time. Callbacks and chemistry reads get organized to run virtually or in person, and every step gets tailored to what your timeline can actually support.

Once the right person's clear, I handle the offer and the negotiation from start to finish, keeping every role within budget and closed on schedule. If an actor becomes unavailable, we help you book a backup swiftly so the production stays on track and you can focus on everything else that goes into finishing a thesis film.
